I have a customer running a 9.1.6 release IPO with a mix of 5410's and 4412's. I made sure no more than 16 4412's are on a given expansion module. Not clear how it starts but occasionally a 5410 can hear the caller but cannot be heard, even after a system reboot. The only fix I've found thus far when the ticket comes in is to replace the 5410 with a 4412, make a call, then put the 5410 back and it works.
I've read through patch notes up to 9.1.12 but haven't seen anything like this mentioned. Wondering if anyone has any thoughts?
