5410 microphone sensitvity

Anyone had complaints from 5410 uses about the handset mic being too sensitive (causing echo or distortion) with AGC on, or their callers complaining speech volume is too low with AGC off??

Mainly with 5410 at this stage, but possibly 5420 too.

Yes me too....

I have an SCN via a pt to pt T1 doing IP trunking...when callers at site A via a 5410 go on speaker and caller on site B goes speaker then they hear themselves being picked up via the mic on the far end....Tier 3 stated there is no new or know firmwares for the phone and no anticipated in R4.0.....
