5410 downgrade question..

Hello everyone, we send to one of our client an 5410 phone that was on a previous R6 version. The customer now is on IPO 406 running 4.2 and the phone stay at "please wait"
I know there was the ALLOW_5410_UPGRADES on the no user source tab to upgrade the phone but is there anything i have to do to downgrade the firmware?
