5410 CS55 headset external ring notification

Hi

I just installed some 5410 phones on IPO version 5. with the apv-6a cable

When I first did it, the external calls would notify the user in the headset, five days later the notifications have ceased.

How can I find the Firmware these phones are using?

Any one had this issue and how do you fix it?
