i have 2 phones 5410 an 5402 avaya, when i connect them to the CM definity, an error message occured in the screen of the phone " systeme incompatibilty" i want to know thant it have any solution for this issue ?
That's right. They only work on IP Office. They're 4600 phones but for whatever reason at some point in time Avaya was pushing 1600/9600 on the big systems and was dumping the old inventory as 5600 models for IPO only. At least that's what I think the story was. Anyway, they'll never work on your system.
