Hello all,

I bought a used Phaser 540 plus, and a used network card. The printer must have had a card at one time, since it has an authorization code in it, but I get an I/O Card Failed on the start page when the printer powers up.

I beleive you need a unique code for each network card installed?? Is this correct? If so, how do I generate a code?

XEROX tech support will not generate a code any longer, and would not give any help at all.

Thanks in advance.
