5370i Issue with A470

We have moved the moved a Aastra 5370ip phone that was originally connected to at the PABX to a desk. I know the phone worked previously, it now just sits on the" Set up on Network by DHCP". The LAN cable is connected and is connected to the network. There is a laptop next to it, if I plug the LAN cable into it, the laptop works fine.
Any help is much appreciated

The laptop is a different network device config & will be in the data LAN, the phone should be in the voice VLAN, sounds like you have a layer 2 VLAN issue on the network related to the end device/local switch port not passing the id, the PC port connection is just a pass through,
