This remains the same - it is not an option.
The reason for this is due to the cost of the display. The display used on the 5360 is a lot more to produce (something like 7x the 5330/5340 cost). The 5360 display will burn in much more quicker then the 5330/5340 displays. We don't want to leave the same pixels on for a long period of time, either wise they would burn out or not function correctly. Its no different than an iPad - you can't just set an iPad down for 20 minutes an not expect it to turn of the display.
The one thing you could do is create your own screen saver, whereby the screen is always black. This does not disable the bulbs on both sides of the display, but would be less distracting.
There is changes coming in the future (release version, and date unknown) to the screen savers. At that time it will be more to your liking (hopefully). Unfortunately for right now, it is what it is.
