5360 display damage

We have two 5360s in the office, and both of them have started to show signs of damage on their display. Curiuosly damage is located near the same place on both displays, top left corner.

Damage looks like spider web and gets larger with the time, now is about 1/2 an inch long.

Have this happened to you before?

top left, eg where the screen would be hit by someone clumsily replacing the handset?

Have not seen this on any 5360 sets deployed with customers.
