The scenario is that the 3300 is at a remote data centre and the handsets connect via a wan/vpn link. I have asked if there are any ports blocking anything like tftp but have been told it is a totally open link with no firewall at either end.

If left for long enough some of the handsets have booted correctly, but not all, is there some sort of timeout on the applications loading?

Any ideas are welcome!

Thanks
Woody

Are they all being turned on at the same time? If so, maybe there is too much traffic and slowing down the downloads. What happens when you boot only one set? Will these sets boot properly when on the local network instead of the WAN?

Yes they boot fine when local to the 3300, i will get them to try by booting one phone at a time, thanks will let you know.
