Hi,

I am setting up a phone for a home office using SIPGate and Mitel 5340IP handset, all works fine. Only thing is, I can't access the web configuration of the 5340 to set up speed dial keys, NTP etc .. I can browse to the phones IP and login as an admin, but I can't get to the configuration pages. The admin allows me to set SIP parameters but nothing else.

I found a doc which says to use the users DN as the username and password of hello. Now this is not connected to a Mitel PBX, so I wonder if this is my issue? I have a SIP username from SIPGate but that doesn't work.

Any advise would be greatly appreciated.

Ps I can't get the SIP version, but the handset has been connected to MiVB 8 system. The guide says to press the superkey and Line 2 key ... this doesn't work!

Any help appreciated.

Cheers
