5340 extension phone sends all internal station calls to voicemail but functions normally otherwise

3300 Ax switch database required restore, now one extension 240 a 5340 set no longer accepts internal station to station calls sending them directly to voice mail. cannot seem to clear feature everything else on phone function direct page etc.
As always any help is greatly appreciated
