I have a 3300 on 5.0 SP2 PR1 and a remote site with a vpn to the controlers network.

All of the 5330s are stuck at various steps of applications loading. some have butons, some are blank.

i am on site now and my teleworker phone connects back to our company phone system.

This site was up and running until a power outage a while ago. i have stopped and started the web server and i have rebooted the 3300 with no success.

I also ran the TNA tool and you can see the results below. Im out of ideas. maybe you can see a port block issue?

Best bet is that you've lost config data on your network routers.

Someone forgot to write to memory

What's most important is that you realise ... There is no spoon.

I think it is something on the network.

i pointed a phone to our companies teleworker server and had it download firmware, then pointed it back to the customer switch where it downloaded the version for that controller and it still came up apps loading.

i then programmed my teleworker phone to point to the customer switch and programmed a new extension. this phone downloaded the firmware and then let me register and still got stuck at apps loading.

it seems to indepent of existing phone, software or hardware load or phone type.

Ports 3999 nd 3998 need to be open or the phone to boot the apps. Guaranteed that's your issue
