5330e Prime Line Indicating Off Hook

I have several new 5330E phone that will randomly indicate an off hook condition. When checked they are on hook with no feature programmed IE DND or call forwarding. This just started after upgrading to 8.0

Anyone have any ideas as to the cause?

Probably a data error in the old load that rel 8.0 doesn't like thus causing a problem. Have been some reports of upgrades causing buggyness whereas clean installs seem to be solid.
