Is there any way of stopping the 5330 sets showing the forwarded from info on the display of the phone?
Problem:- Incoming calls to a ring group eg. Customer Care. In night service calls to go to voicemail.
Cannot simply point the calls at a ring group because you cannot then change the destination for night service.
Point the calls at a dummy hunt group *400 then reroute always to the ring group in day and reroute to v/mail at night.
Works ok except the CLI on the phone shows "from group *400 Customer".
Ideally would only want to see "Customer Care" on the phone.
