5330, 5310 Conference Unit and MiVoice Office 250

Hi all,

Its been a while since I've setup a 5310 and it was on a 3300 - have setup a 5330e with the conference module which seems to work fine, however the handset doesn't work at all - the device doesn't even recognise when the handset is lifted from the receiver. I know that headsets won't work when the 5310 module is installed, but I expected the handset to..
