5312 ip phone robot voice and phone reboot

Hey Guys/Gals,

We currently have a handful of 5312 phones that sound like a robot is on the other end. From my research it sounds like packet loss but I can't figure out why it is only effect these phones. We have lots of other types of phones in our organization which are not having any problems at all. 5330, 5340, 5320,5210, 5212. It only happens to the 5312 system. Has anyone run into this problem before? Any recommendations?

Almost sounds like a bad batch of phones.

So this all started about 3 weeks ago when I added a new phone fresh install on a new 5312. So I have now switched it out with an old 5212 that I had sitting around. Will see if that changes anything....
