Has anyone used these phones yet ?

We have some to install on a new install
System is CX running 9 UR1.
We have added the user and selected 5312 , but the phone wont complete the start-up.
It gets a DHCP address but wont prompmt to login using Superkey , the phone just goes around in a loop.
If We assign a 5212 it comes straight up no problems.

Did you upgrade the phones like told in the release note ?

Thanks just found it , Serves me right for not reading the page when I downloaded the software.
There must be some DHCP related stuff in the files as the phone comes up with a static address.

You can check the settings by pressing the down and up arrow the same time, then release the bottom one and type 2,3 and 4, then release the top arrow

Now you can see and change the settings on the phone

No I meant that if I entered the ip address statically I could get the phones logged in and working.

I found the problem , the tech that set up the system entered the wrong router address into the dhcp settings.
For some reason that stopped the 5312's from upgrading themselves properly, the older 5224's worked fine ?
- all is ok now - system has new bin files and phones are up . Thanks for the help
