We have a Mitel 5310 conference unit paired with a 5220 IP phone. It was working at one point but stopped. We ordered a replacement 5310 unit (we now have two) but are still not able to get it to work. We have tried the conference unit with a different 5220 IP phone as well.
The 5310 unit will power on, but after a second or two the the power light turns off.
The only thing we haven't tried is a new power supply for the 5310.
Does anyone have any thoughts should we attempt to locate a new power supply?
