5310 conference unit with 5220 phone

We have a Mitel 5310 conference unit paired with a 5220 IP phone. It was working at one point but stopped. We ordered a replacement 5310 unit (we now have two) but are still not able to get it to work. We have tried the conference unit with a different 5220 IP phone as well.

The 5310 unit will power on, but after a second or two the the power light turns off.

The only thing we haven't tried is a new power supply for the 5310.

Does anyone have any thoughts should we attempt to locate a new power supply?
 
The only problems I have seen with these units is the power supply.

Description/Symptoms
5310 Conference may not work with 5220 DPLite(Dual Mode IP phone) . Revs D.8 and below may be affected.

Body/Solutions
The symptoms are when a user pushes the side control button, the saucer flashes but does not work.

5220 Dual mode sets with Mitel TEN 56005585, 56005586 or 56005587 D.5 and below may exhibit this intermittent operation of the side control.

For 5220 Dual with rev D.8(5,6,7), it is required to upgrade to D.9. Please go through normal repair process to get sets upgraded.

Note: If one still experiences issue with 5220 Dual mode (D.9), please have the side unit repaired.
