what does it do or not do? Like the other person wrote, you have to explain what you see happening? They aren't the best, but if you are using your own dhcp, this should be simple. the installation guide tells you what the flashing or solid mwi, l1 or l2 mean. You should be able to figure out where this falls over based on that.
