Hi Guys,

I have used ops man to program 10x5302 handsets. I got the handsets registered and they work fine. I wanted to go back in and make them resilient to the second MXe we have but ops man throws up this error when trying to "change user" using the MAC form:

"The Move, Adds and Changes app could not retrive the user information from System1. Reason: The record is not found."

->I click on additional information and get:

"Webset Multikey (expanded)"
"Device Type"
"Number"

->I click ok and the MAC form close leaving me back at the directory list.

I have gone through System1's prog tool and the users are in the User Cofig forms with all the correct info and I can change entries from here succesfully. Plus the phones are up and running.

Anyone got an idea why OpsMan is having trouble opening the form?

The ICP's are 2xMXe 3300 ver 8.0.5.12 and OpsMan is ver 7.6.0.24

Cheers.

5302's are SIP phones

SIP phones cannot be resilient.

Hi kwbMitel,

Thanks for your reply. Now that I've learnt that they can't be resilient, why would that stop me from viewing the entry in OpsMan even if I wasn't trying to make them resilient? Am I limited to administering those extns from the admin tool instead?

Cheers.
