5235 and call forwarding profiles

Hi,
I have an issue with a 5235 and using call forwarding profiles. Of all the profiles set up, there are about 4 only 1 works. The one that works is a call forward always to a dn. When I try and activate the others I get an error - can't remember the exact wording but basically the profile does not enable.

Anyone ever have any difficulty with using call foward profiles on 5235? Could I be missing some configuration somewhere?

What is the PBX type?

There are several traps you can fall in to here. The CFwd profile has to be to a valid dn or to a valid route digits or to a valid system speed call number. Also check the class of service options for the intended Cfwd destination(s). If Cfwd is denied in the destination sets COS (or a specific type of Cwfd is denied in your own COS)then you will also get the error.

One simple test, for the numbers you're attempting to forward to just try dialing them. If you can dial them from the set in question then they're valid numbers. If Cfwd'g doesn't work then start checking CLOS options, even feature access codes to be sure what you're trying to do is allowed. Also can you do this from a different set? If so then check to see what CLOS that set is in versus the one from which you cannot perform the function.

If tenanting is enabled check to see if you're possibly trying to forward calls between tenants. You can do this, but not without first allowing it.
