5224 Phones - Hum then reset

Hello,

I have 2 phones at one of my locations that ocasionaly do a quick humm then reset.

Do any of you know what might cause this and how i can resolve it?

The switch is a 3300.

I'm experiencing the same thing. Have no idea how to fix it though. thankfuly the phones that are doing it is in our office so we tend to live with it

what s/w rev are you running? you may want to upgrade.

FIX = have them replaced (they are not to design that).

have gone through 3 releases and still the same. I'm with MitelGuy. The phone must be broken.

Like I said though we've been living with it for some time and have gotten use to it. Certainly if it was a client phone then we would definately get it fixed.

lol, I'm sure it's not a design intent. That feature wouldn't be well received by end users
