5215 SIP Download Failed

I have a 3300 where suddenly the 5215 phones, when rebooted fail to boot up. The display shows :-

SIP Download failed
0%

3300 is level 7.1.4.9_1

The phone needs to be put back into Minet protocol. Power it off, press and hold the up arrow, and go through the menu to phone mode or Protocol. Change it from SIP to Minet.

Sorry, I don't have the exact steps needed for you. If you continue to have issues, post a response and I'll get the step by step for you.

Thanks, the phones are already in Minet mode, and have defaulted and checked settings are still Minet, but still get SIP Error.
