5215 IP Phone - Volume Issue Defaults

Guys,

I hope one of you can help.

I am using a headset for this device and when a call comes into the pohone or I dial out the volume is always at 3/6.

Due to it being a one ear piece headset you cannot hear anyone on the volume number 3 ( 3/6 )

Any way you can change the defaut when answering or calling to 6/6

Oh just toi let you know

I have had a look at the manual and see you can amend the default for the handset and speakerphone but no instructions for a headset. I have tried the same but to no avail
 
I think it will use the same volume for headset as handset

there is a class of service option to control whether changes to volume are saved

and I think if you put it to 6/6, it won't save it

but if you put it to 5/6 it will

No go I am afraid, tried it as per the manual and it will not budge form 3/6 even if I go lower, that was trying it with the handset.

Do you know which CoS it is to reconfigure it? Might be this that is defaulting it to 3/6
