5215 (b2) in SIP mode error

We are running Mitel 5215 with Asterisk 1.2.9.1 and the phones are randomly showing up errors in the logs marked
as

_display_wnddesk.cpp rtos_mutex.cpp assert 121


The phone becomes on responsive and needs a reboot to clear.

Can anybody explain the cause?

What release of software are you running on the sets? The latest is PUBLICALLY available via Mitel's website.

The firmware is the one from the mitel website 5.0.0.16.

Hardware revision on the phone is B2

Not sure if you are still having problems or not, but Mitel has just released 6.0.0.14 as the latest SIP software for the dual boot phones.
