5212's on Tele Worker via Satellite

Hi, we've been doing some testing and have got 5212's running nicely via satellite with Tele Worker to our Data Centre.

We're running 3300 ICP Ver 7.1 with MAS Ver 7.0 with Tele Worker.

The only snag is bandwidth usage at approx 80k per call. I think the system is running G.711. I'd like to try changing the codec on the phone to G729, this should reduce the call bandwidth down to 32K as opposed to 80K.

Can I change this and where do I need to look?

Compression needs to be licensed on the TW server.

If it is licensed, you can turn it on globally or per set.
