515e PDM access

I am a newbie with CISCO 515e. I just came into the location, and there is no documentation.

I am able to connet via consle cable but I am unable to conect to pdm via https.

I have enclosed areas of the config and am tring to access

https://192.168.40.19

as the inside IP.

This line
http 192.168.40.19 255.255.255.255 inside
says that you can only connect to the pdm if your ip is 192.168.40.19.
Change this line to
http 192.168.40.0 255.255.255.0 inside
so any ip on the internal network can access or make the ip of the machine you are connecting from .19.
To connect make sure you use
https:\\INTERNALPIXIP

I am now able to get a logon screen, I have entered a blank user name with the enable password. I get a HTTP 404 not found error...any ideas

Which web browser are you using? You will need to allow java to run. For certain versions of pix os's 6.3 and lower you will need the MS java virtual machine that is not distributed anymore. A search on the web will find you a copy. If it is 7.x you will need the latest sun java.

The PIX is 6.3(3) and the PDM is 3.0(1)

I have tried IE7 as well as Firefox 2 and both give me 404 not found errors. I installed MS Virtual Machine, JRE 1.4.2 and still 404 not found errors

For that version I think you need ie6 to make it work with the MS java machine. I don't think ie7 will let you use the old java and firefox won't either.

Can you show the contents of your flash?

On a seperate laptop configured with IE6 and with MS JAVA, I still get the HTTP 404 not found error, after the certificate acceptance and logon credentials. In regards to the flash are you talking about the pix running config?
