515 and 6.21ed

I have setup a 515 running 6.21ed IOS and it seems that every so often the PIX seems to go to sleep. I just upgraded the IOS and that is when it seems to have started. I downgraded to 6.1(2) and it seems to be fine. Does anyone else have this problem? I am running the same config under both IOSs so I know that it isn't a config issue.
