512MB NT

I have an NT 4.0(sp6) server with 512mb of ram which is running very slow when redrawing screens etc., although windows reports it as having 512mb of ram it appears by monitoring it and viewing Task Manager that only 256mb is being used at any time. Is there a better way to check this out or a program/utility to check ram and usage.

One thing what you should do is upgrade to SP 6a because SP6 is evil.
