5020 Teleworker RTCS error

Hello,

A customer in another state has a 5020 teleworker phone giving an error "RTCS gate err 7b170" on boot. This is a replacement for a phone that died recently. The teleworker IP is programmed correctly, and the server is working with all the other phones. This is MCD 4.0 and MBG 5.2. Anyone seen this before?

No i have not seen that. Is the phone working? i have had some issues with taking a set from a box and shipping it out to a teleworker site. Ususally I take them to the office and bring up there so I know they have up to date fimware/software.

The single biggest problem with communications is the illusion that it has taken place.

Silly question
Have you enabled this new set on the MBG and deleted the old set?
If so is the new set programmed to the correct controller?
