5012 reconfigure assistance, creating a test environment

I am creating a seperate network test lab and planned on using a spare 5012 router to handle traffic ( I started with a D-link DI-604, but there seems to be a limitation with that hardware to do what I need to do)

I want to wipe the current 3COM config ( I need to know if there is a way to reset to factory defaults)

I then want to configure the 3COM so it acts like a internet router (WAN IP/LAN IP/DNS, etc). Does anyone have a config example for this or provide me with some quick references.
