I have an IPO 500v2 7.0.27 with 2 combo cards. I have Time Warner analog trunks that come off of a cable modem. Customer reports crosstalk occacionally on external calls. I have customer attempting to narrow down lines and extensions. Has anyone heard of crosstalk on the combo cards?
Thanks

I have heard of several issues when the lines come off cable modems, Time warner in particular has been mentioned a few times on here with analogue line issues :)

You can run and save sysmon traps and with a log of event times from the site you should be able to determine if the issue is on a particular trunk port.

Tech Tip 237 addresses cross talk on combo cards. It was an issue with earlier pcs releases of combo cards. Cross talk can occur between ports 9 and 10, or 11 and 12. That could be why it is only on occasion. Anyway, you need to make sure the combo card has a pcs of 7 or higher. If it is lower than pcs 7, it could be from the problem batch.
