Customer has 500 v2 release 7, integrated VM. They want the auto-attendant to answer the call, then the caller press a digit, the caller would be routed to a remote cell phone, if that person does not answer, the ip office trys the second number, then third if the second does not respond. Possible? Thanks!

500v2 route calls to 3 different outside numbers in sequence

Embedded VM dosen't have outcalling, but you *could* setup phantom users with call fwd setup (with hg), and put them into a sequential huntgroup, with maybe 20 seconds between users.
Only issue, is that if someone's VM picks up (or the phone was off), it would flag it as answered, so you would have to adjust the times accordingly.

That's how I did it. We had to make sure all the cell phones were set to answer after 45 seconds. Then we set the HG timer to 30 seconds. As AACon pointed out, all it takes is one cell phone to be off and it spoils the hunt sequence.
