5000HX one-way/no audio on intercom calls

Afternoon All,
I have a 5000HX, 5.1 SP2 with (2)5330 and (9)5312 ip sets. A couple of the sets are experiencing a one-way or no audio situation but only on intercom calls. Incoming and outgoing external calls are fine. All phones are at 5.01.00.16.

Any thoughts are greatly appreciated.
 
Odd that exteranl inbound/outbound not having issues. Are the endpoints on the same subnet as the HX? Any VLANs? Do all the endpoints have the same default gateway? Do the endpoints have issues hearing VM? Any peer to peer network groups in use?
