Hi

Having an issue setting up UCA to work on Iphone. Can log in when connected to wi-fi internally, however externally I get message "invalid credentials". I have registered a domain name to our external router address, which then has all the relevant ports I have managed to find online pointing at the UC server but still cannot connect offsite?!!?

Are you using the UCA SIP phone or a 3rd party SIP device? Are you using Teleworker to register the sets externally?

I would first test a laptop (or desktop) externally, does this allow you to login to the UCA client? I believe with the UCA SIP client you must use teleworker to register the set. If the teleworker is failing the set registration it would fit what you describe. On the internal network you would be bypassing the teleworking and connection directly to the 5000, which by your description is working.
