5000 restarts periodically

Netfinity 5000 with RAID. It has been shutting down periodically and I don't have a clue as to why. The power is not going down. The server is 200 miles away and there is no one there I can really trust to look at the POST error log.
The Win2K System Event viewer says:
The previous system shutdown at hh:mm:ss on dd/mm/yyy was unexpected.

Anyone run across this before?
