5000 HX w/ 5360 IP Phones (resetting)

I have a weird problem with one of my installs. Occasionally the IP phones will display 'LOADING APPLICATION' and then restart. I have searched everywhere and have not been able to find anything on this. Has anyone else had this problem and if so, what was the resolution?
