All digital phones; 8520's, 8560's
Experiencing dropped calls between extensions as well as internal calls being sent to Receptionist rather than the called party.
From what the customer is telling me there are 4 offending extensions so the issue seems to be confined and not system wide. 2 of the extensions are in the main cabinet and 2 are in the expansion cabinet. Customer has tried changing out a phone to no avail.
These issues also happen with incoming calls through the AA. Customer will dial ext. 1265 and will ring to Receptionist ext.1210.
Problem is sporadic, naturally.
Any thoughts are greatly appreciated!
