5000 - Call Accounting

I'm trying to set up communication between a 5000 on R6.0 with a call accounting software (OfficeWatch). What's required to get the 5000 to talk to the OfficeWatch via IP?

I have dreamed a dream, but now that dream has gone from me.

Nothing really, it's the office watch software you will need to configure to talk to the 5000, IP Address, username and password and hope it understands what the 5000 outputs!

True enough. I ended up calling their support and they had to install a plugin of some kind to actually communicate to the 5000. Turning SMDR on is pretty much all I did on my end. Also for future reference, OfficeWatch listens on port 4000 despite the 5000's Help saying port 4000 is no longer used for SMDR.

I have dreamed a dream, but now that dream has gone from me.
