5 SR unable to view in CE

Hi All

I have created a report with 3 subreports and 2 sub reports "On Demand". The data is coming from MS SQL db for 3 reports, xls. and mdb.

The subreport data comes from 1 being sql db and 1 from mdb.

The Problem:
I have setup all the db security and logons in Crystal Enterprise and updated. When I click on the "subreports" on demand in CE iam uable to view the reports error message appearing

"There was an error retrieving data from the server: The database logon information for this report is either incomplete or incorrect"

The think is I can view the other 3 subreports information..

Please can you help....

Sounds as if CE is unable to access on of your data sources. Are the xls and mdb located on the ce server?

The xls and mdb are stored on a shared file server.......

I have just tested by removing the sql db "On demand" and the error msg still appearing. Whilst when I remove the mdb "On Demand" the sql db "On Demand" report comes back successful.

Just dont understand why the mbd "on demand" report is not generating???? Is their some kind of special rule?
