5 seconds pause when dialing 1

Have any one have see this issue.
I have a IP office 500v2 7.0 when you dial 9 you have a 5 seconds pause before it return a dialtone to you.

any help is welcome

hmmm...

I don't think so I setup a dial 8 short code for testing the same way the dial 9 short code is and I don't get a delay.
 
They are program the same.
There are no other 9 in the system short code.
 
What is the shortcode? Have you rebooted the system?
 
and you're not using a user/extension that has a user SC that begins with a 9?

We have found that reducing a couple of timers will make the call go out faster, but you have to be careful not too shorten them too much or it may cause other problems.

- dial delay timer in ARS route 50 main - change from 4s to 1 second.
- Await dial tone timer in analog line programming (if using analog lines) - change from 3000ms to 1000ms.
