5 Free Crystal Licences - Is this to good to be true?

I was trying to find resources on Crystal RAS (see my other post PLEEEAAAASSE!!!) and came across this;

Is it too good to be true? What am I missing? Anything to do with Crystal and the answer is probably "A Lot!!!!"

Sorry, I posted the first message too fast without reading the text properly. It's a good offer. Normally you could get CE Standard shipped with CR advanced, but now you can Pro with the other CR versions also.

FYI - It is very important that you view this software as 'evaluation' software, even though it is the full version. The terms and conditions state that these licenses are unavailable for maintenance, which means you can't upgrade them to a newer version without paying for them.
