hi ive just created a new 5 digit extn range in the dial plan table of 86xxx and today have installed avaya agent desktop and used a 5 digit extn however the acd keys wont download from avaya used to have this with 4 digit extns until we added them to the aar table ive added the 5 digit extn but still no keys download missing something any ideas
