Anyone see a problem including that in a new UDP, as far as, PosID & Non-DID SCR?

Key 0 ACD 4400 0 60000

NO.

We have some legacy ACDN's that are 4 digit and have changed our DN's to 7 digits and we don't have any issues.

Thats how we are running in our CC.

The last place I spent time at comes to mind...they had a logical DN plan:

-Prime DNs were 5 digits
-Second lines were "21" plus the 5 digits
-ACD POS IDs were "61" plus the sets 5-digit main DN - (which was on KEY 8 for ACD sets)

So, all the system DNs were relational including the POS IDs. I liked that setup. It also allowed them to have DID ranges in the npa-nxx-9nnn. But...

-The last digit of the NXX was not always the first digit of the internal DN.
-They had 7 sites with 5 digit dialing between all.
-They were working on 7 digit all the way so they could add more sites to the dialing plan.

we are running the same thing.. all our 4 digit numbers are did.. so any non did numbers are 5+.. out cp ports are all 7 digit acd and scr keys.. just to save numbers.. as well as a lot of our symposium agents... the cdn's are did's, nothing past that burns a did... another thing i did was change around 100 ring downs and dictaphones to 7 digits
