5.7 email and Word 2007

I have just added some new computers and linked them to our network 5.7 Goldmine. When sending an email attachment in Word 2007 it does not show up on other systems that use 2003. I have the compatibility fix installed on the older machines.

What am I missing?

How are you sending an e-mail in word 2007? Word is not an e-mail program.

Sorry; The email function within Goldmine 5.7 allows you to add attachments. I created a word document in Word 2007 and attached it to a message within Goldmine 5.7. I then sent it to other Goldmine users in the Office that use Word 2003.

If the document is on your C drive, they won't be able to see it unless you send the message via INTERNET e-mail or copy it to a network drive accessible by all users and attach it from there.
