I am having trouble connecitng Exchange 2000 to Exhcnage 5.5. We got three sites running 5.5 with site to site connectors ( they are three different Domain ). We now got a new site which have Windows 2000 and Active Driectory already running. i need to connect this site to the other two sites so the email can be routed. all the site will be using the same @abc.com address.
I have configured a ADC on the 2000 and manage to replicate the directory. the Exhcnage 2000 Migration Wizard is working too ( as i need to migrate some old user to this new site ). The SRS Service is installed on the Exchange 2000 Server. but i believe i need to have a site to site replication enabled from Exchange 5.5 to roue the emails. but when i try to install the site connector it come up with a Error message saying that " You must specify a server tha is in ABC organization but not in XYZ site ..
