Check your side first:
- check to see if you're on a blacklist of some sort (the last three weeks make me put this at the top of the list) like - check Exchange SMTP connector domain restrictions
- check your ISP's ability to accept mail from you for all domains (smart hosting)
- if you're sending mail directly (use DNS to route mail), verify your SPF record (we see lots of wrong ones). Try dnsstuff or openspf.org for more info.
See if it is their side:
- send a message from a webmail account and see if it goes through
- send a message to another user at the same domain and see if it goes through
