We have an active directory setup over three sites.
We have a problem that if someone sends a message to a user in SiteC then the get back the following error message even though the email is received correctly :-
We used to have Site C's email addresses setup as Contacts before we connected them to our AD.
Is it possible that some of the old contact information still exists even though it does not show up in AD?
To add more information into the confusion, I am located in Site A (master AD) and don't receive the error messages.
The error messages only occur from Site B -> C and Site C -> C.
Thanks,
Royce

A configuration error in the e-mail system caused the message to bounce between two servers or to be forwarded between two recipients. Contact your administrator.
