is it possible to install ALoha version 5.3 in Windows 7?

Yes, but it has to be Win7 pro 32bit, not 64 bit. You will also need to manully enter the system environmental variables.
As well as setup shares manually and find the right hasp driver

I've done it without having to manually enter the system variables by installing in windows xp compatibility mode and executing the advanced.exe with administrative rights.
